Streak and Puls+ streak protection

Your streak counts the days in a row you posted a pulse. With Puls+, one missed day a month does not break it.

Updated:

How the streak grows

Your streak counts the days in a row you posted a pulse, on time or late. The day is the one in your time zone. A day without a pulse breaks the streak and starts it again from zero.

You see it on the Daily Pulse screen and on your profile.

Streak protection, with Puls+

With Puls+, one missed day a month does not break your streak. You do not have to do anything: when a day is missing, the protection is used automatically and the streak carries on.

  • It works once per calendar month.
  • It starts from a streak of at least 2 days.
  • Your profile shows whether the protection is active or used this month.

When the protection saves your streak, you get a notification and, the next time you open the Daily Pulse screen or your profile, a small animation with the saved day.

If you stop Puls+

Your streak stays as it is. Only the days you miss after that are no longer forgiven.
